Customer Service Team Leader


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader to join my clients busy office in Kings Hill.

The role of Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 12 customer service advisors. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring team targets are met
  • Identifying training needs
  • Conducting 1-2-1’s and coaching
  • Providing encouragement and support to team
  • Leading from the front with excellent customer service
  • Ensuring best practice is met


We are looking for candidates who have a strong customer service background with a knowledge of motivating and leading a team of customer service advisors

Other key skills needed include:

  • Ability to communicate clear and concise instructions
  • Ability to deliver quality training programmes
  • Experience of meeting team targets
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Trustworthy
