Helpdesk Advisor/Customer Service Advisor


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Advisor to join my clients busy office in Gillingham

As a Helpdesk Advisor you will be working as part of a team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring that queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and are given a great customer service. The role is very focused on first call resolution and making sure the customer is satisfied. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting key customers and local authorities
  • Keeping client files updated
  • Calling back customers to ensure resolution
  • Offering a very good customer experience
  • Working as part of a team

We are looking for candidates from a customer service background, who ideally have a knowledge of resolving customer queries. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. 

You will need to be very organised and a real team player.
