Internal Sales Account Manager


Due to their continued expansion, my client is recruiting for 2 Internal Sales Executives to join their thriving business.

The company are a well established, market leader with modern offices in Rochester with free on site parking and close links to public transport. The client is very keen on promoting career progression and development and pride themselves that all senior management, including the directors, all started as Internal Sales Executives.

The role is a very busy hands on position in fast paced environment. You will be looking after over 200 projects at a time and always be looking for the opportunity to up sell and cross sell.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Receiving calls from clients
  • Managing projects and orders
  • Delivering a first class customer service
  • Putting together quotes and orders
  • Keeping in touch with a wide variety of customers

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Offer clients excellent customer service
  • Up selling and cross selling
  • Close and negotiate with customers
