Senior IT Support Analyst

£32,000 per annum

Senior IT Support Analyst required by market Leading financial services firm based in West Malling, Kent. You will be a Senior member of the IT Support Team supporting a range of hardware and software. These include a variety of technologies in an exciting competitive environment, with exposure to a wide range of existing and emerging technologies. Knowledge management, encouraging innovation, mentoring and developing the team’s technical and personal skills. You must have previous experience in a technical customer support role including ticket management, team coaching and service and support of applications and services.

As a Senior IT Support Analyst you will be ensuring all major incidents, incidents and service requests are captured and logged accurately. Also, measuring the quality and performance of services with arranged KPI’s. You will be supporting products, services and systems via on premise, cloud or co-located/managed platforms. Mentoring and coaching junior and less experienced technical support and service analysts as well as working under the direction of the wider Operations team. Ideally you will have ITIL v2 or v3.
