With over 25 years’ experience between them, RARK Solutions was established in 2012 by senior IT recruitment specialists, Andrew Knowles and Rob Rowland, with the assistance of two close executive consultants from the recruitment world.
By his own admission, Andrew was the best new business development person Rob had ever met. Rob, meanwhile, had an outstanding record delivering and maintaining successful relationships with clients.

It was the perfect fit.

With different skill sets and a shared belief that individuals and companies could be transformed by the right partnerships, Rob and Andrew ceased being work colleagues and decided to become business partners instead. They have since hired staff who believe in their vision of a professional, fun and service driven recruitment business and the results speak for themselves.

By 2014 RARK Solutions was judged to be in the top 29% of all UK recruitment companies (based on annual turnover). It offers recruitment solutions for a diverse range of SME’s and large blue chip organisations across a wide range of sectors.

New markets and clients have supported RARK’s impressive growth. Due to increasing client demand and to offer the full recruitment package, the company launched its commercial division in 2014, placing qualified, professional and skilled people in a variety of roles in the private and public sector.

2020 saw unprecented economic uncertainty in the UK and globally with Covid-19 and Brexit. RARK Solutions continues to support clients and candidates through this period, offering great service.
